ROLE OVERVIEW:
As the Business Director, you will take on a senior leadership role, spearheading one of GAIN’s most strategically vital accounts—a promising opportunity primed for expansion with solid foundations for significant growth. You will be responsible for effectively onboarding the client, cultivating senior-level relationships, understanding their operational dynamics, and defining success metrics for both parties.
This position demands an adept senior leader who combines commercial insight, operational excellence, and robust performance marketing and digital expertise. Reporting directly to the Client Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor while shaping the long-term strategic trajectory of an account with immediate opportunities for significant growth, including partnerships and cross-portfolio initiatives.
Your leadership will involve building and guiding a high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional results, nurturing profound client trust, and broadening GAIN's scope.
