We are seeking an exceptional and driven Business Director of Strategy to join our practice. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of communications planning and media strategy for world-leading brands celebrated by millions of Chinese consumers. In this collaborative role, you will partner with media planning teams and creative, social, and shopper agencies to craft insight-based, innovative, and integrated communication plans that drive brand and business growth. Your responsibilities will span diverse projects, including annual planning, thought leadership, and workshop design and facilitation, where you will validate business growth targets, uncover growth opportunities, define target audiences and pain points in the purchase journey, and translate these insights into actionable campaign strategies.
