About You: We are looking for a results-driven, innovative, and self-motivated individual to join our talented team as a Business Intelligence Manager. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead enterprise analytics architecture and performance insights by crafting scalable data models, establishing governed reporting frameworks, and integrating ERP and operational systems into a solid data foundation. You will standardize KPI definitions across business units and deliver reliable financial and operational insights that streamline reporting processes, enhance transparency, and empower executive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and govern enterprise BI architecture and data models, creating dimensional models, establishing standardized KPI logic, architecting a governed semantic layer, and enforcing development lifecycle standards to ensure scalable and reliable analytics solutions.
- Lead and nurture a high-performing enterprise analytics team by mentoring BI analysts, setting clear performance expectations, aligning priorities with enterprise objectives, and enhancing technical capabilities and business context across the team.
- Integrate ERP and operational systems into a cohesive data environment by designing and implementing ELT processes, reconciling transactional data with published financial reports, establishing historical tracking, and ensuring data quality and integrity across core platforms.
- Develop and deliver executive and operational analytics that promote performance visibility through dashboards and analytical models that illuminate margin performance, working capital, inventory levels, throughput, and more.
