Key Responsibilities:
Manage back-office operations efficiently.
Perform classic administrative tasks such as processing orders, maintaining personnel files, generating invoices, monitoring payments, and managing inventory.
Provide direct and telephone support to clients on organizational matters.
Handle central inquiries and their processing.
Support HR functions including contract management.
Coordinate schedules and appointments for our IT technicians and consultants.
Take on secretarial and assistant duties.
