Join our Eastern Region team and take full ownership of our agency, currently comprised of around ten talented individuals. Our professionals are deployed across various major clients in the region, spanning diverse sectors such as Industry and Logistics. You will lead the strategic direction of the agency, exploring new opportunities and shaping its future.
Your role will encompass our complete suite of Technical Assistance offerings, focusing particularly on Support, Infrastructure Services, and areas related to data and application development. You will benefit from the global partnerships established with Neurones and Helpline.
Reporting directly to the Regional Director for the North/East, you can expect a blend of autonomy and versatility!
With an existing client portfolio, you will expand our presence and establish us as a trustworthy, long-term partner.
After an integration period, your primary responsibilities will include driving business development to establish and structure the regional agency:
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities (opening new client accounts, achieving rankings among the top client references)
- Provide insightful proposals addressing client challenges and offering tailored solutions
- Collaborate with a dedicated recruitment team to attract your future team members
- Manage and nurture your consultants placed at client sites, enhancing their skills and overseeing their mission progress and career development
- Ensure the necessary resources are in place to achieve your revenue targets, focusing on KPIs (client meetings, candidate presentations, contract signings)
- Oversee client relationships throughout the sales process: contracts, order tracking, steering committees, performance indicators, and adherence to commitments
- Report on sales activities to your manager to support your professional development.
Your performance will be directly linked to the growth and profitability of your fully accountable area.
