About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and commercially astute Business Manager to join our Product Management and Development (PMD) team. This role is essential in shaping the operational framework of our product functions, bringing structure, clarity, and actionable insights to facilitate informed decision-making and improve outcomes.
As a key player in the PMD function, you will connect people, processes, and performance. You will serve as the internal liaison, ensuring that team activities are synchronized, insights are readily available, and opportunities are capitalized upon throughout the organization.
In collaboration with the Head of Product Management and Development, you will spearhead operational excellence within the team—from performance reporting and KPI tracking to process enhancement, stakeholder management, and risk assessment.
You will lead the development, monitoring, and reporting of KPIs and performance metrics, translating data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders. On a monthly basis, you will generate performance reports evaluating team activities, identifying risks, and uncovering areas for improvement. Your role will be crucial in supporting and continually improving operational processes to drive efficiency within the PMD function.
As a central coordination point, you will foster strong communication and collaboration across teams, including third-party partners and internal departments. You will manage the departmental risk register, ensuring risks are identified, monitored, and mitigated effectively while also supporting budget oversight by recognizing financial risks and opportunities.
In a complex stakeholder environment, you will provide timely updates, keep projects on schedule, and work closely with project and program teams, all while contributing to a positive, customer-focused culture that aligns with our organizational values and strategy.
