The ideal candidate for the Business Manager role will possess 2-5 years of account management experience, actively engaging in every facet of integrated social campaigns for our esteemed Nissan client.
You will take ownership of various social-first campaign workstreams, driving them independently while receiving guidance from a Senior Business Manager. A proactive problem-solver, you will have the capability to transform detailed briefs and diverse information sources into a clear action plan for both internal and client teams. This will involve close collaboration with internal departments, interagency partners, and clients to foster collective thinking and create impactful campaigns.
Strong organizational skills and client-facing experience are essential, as this role requires meticulous client management. You'll need to establish camaraderie and trust with both clients and internal teams.
To excel in this position, you should have substantial experience in social media, video production, and a deep understanding of integrated campaign management across various channels, including experiential marketing and partnerships.
You have honed the art of storytelling and can craft and confidently present compelling arguments. You excel at presenting complex information in an easily digestible format and possess a keen business acumen, thinking like a client, consumer, and competitor.
Position Summary:
The Business Manager will cultivate strong client relationships, lead meetings with clients and internal teams, and collaborate closely with Project Management to ensure that all work is delivered punctually, within budget, and in line with project briefs. Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking client approvals, managing the flow of finished work, and overseeing final assets.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, manage, coordinate, and implement integrated social media and/or partnership-driven campaigns aligned with client business objectives.
- A social-savvy individual who has a passion for social media and a comprehensive understanding of cultural trends.
- Possess a deep understanding of the account, clients, and competitors, enabling you to answer most client queries on the spot.
- Manage monthly finance reports and production budgets, ensuring estimates are approved prior to job commencement and supporting reconciliations.
- Articulate a strong point of view on deliverables and understand how to unite various workstreams cohesively.
- Ensure that projects have defined objectives, timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables.
- Engage in articulate conversations with clients to drive success.
