Amartha is seeking a seasoned Business Manager (Team Leader) to guide and oversee the work of our employees. The primary responsibility is to ensure operational efficiency while setting strategic objectives for the future. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the performance and target achievements of the marketing/business partner team.
- Conduct market reviews and implement strategies to achieve set objectives.
- Oversee business processes related to standard operating procedures (SOP), both administratively and in the field.
- Manage the quality and quantity of branch/point portfolios.
- Ensure team cohesiveness and effectively manage internal conflicts according to company policies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education of a Diploma.
- At least 2 years of experience in team leadership.
- Experience leading teams of 5-10 members.
- Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in Micro Finance (preferably in Grameen System Financial Institutions).
- Ability to develop sales and marketing strategies that align team efforts to meet targets.
- Possession of a motorcycle and a valid SIM C license.
- Willingness to be assigned throughout Pati.
