Your Contribution
As a Business Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role at the forefront of Mollie's mission. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our merchants, ensuring they receive exceptional support essential for their success and growth. Your immediate impact will foster customer pride in partnering with us through outstanding, proactive service.
Beyond answering queries, you will act as the customer advocate, leveraging their insights to inspire meaningful, innovative changes within Mollie. This role emphasizes active listening, swift problem-solving, and a direct contribution to enhancing the customer experience. Your Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via live chat, email, and phone, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
Advise customers on suitable Mollie products to enhance their online and offline presence, ultimately increasing their revenue.
Enhance the customer experience by providing actionable insights and proposing innovative solutions to internal teams.
Engage with customer feedback and challenges to align our support efforts with Mollie's customer-centric mission.
Your Qualifications
Fluency in both French and English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and learn new systems efficiently.
