About the Position
We are seeking a dedicated Business Systems Administrator to join the San Francisco Giants. In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing the implementation of our event management system, TripleSeat, and optimizing our utilization of Salesforce CRM.
You will collaborate across departments, including Experience Development, Ballpark Operations, and Giants Enterprises, while engaging with various revenue-generating units. This role entails learning best practices, supporting system enhancements, and progressively taking on more complex responsibilities to drive revenue growth, client engagement, and effective event planning. You will be responsible for supporting new feature rollouts, promoting user adoption, and helping to create and maintain reports and dashboards that facilitate informed decision-making across both systems.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong aptitude for system configuration and problem-solving, a solid understanding of relational databases, and the capability to manipulate data using SQL queries and Tableau dashboards. This role is critical in maximizing the impact of TripleSeat and Salesforce in our sales and service environment, providing daily system support for events at Oracle Park to ensure effective system usage throughout all event phases. This position reports directly to our Senior Director of Research and CRM Strategy.
Located at our stunning headquarters at 24 Willie Mays Plaza in San Francisco, this role follows a hybrid work model, with an expectation of in-office work three days a week.
