About the Role
We are on the lookout for a proactive and analytical Business Systems Analyst who excels in environments where client visions are still forming. You will be instrumental in listening to and dissecting client requirements, transforming ambiguity into structured specifications, and spearheading the development of functional or technical proof of concepts.

Your Responsibilities
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather, scrutinize, and validate both business and system requirements.
- Clarify and enhance the vision for business and system solutions, particularly in early-stage or exploratory projects.
- Facilitate business discovery sessions to identify user and client needs, revealing underlying issues and suggesting appropriate digital or system solutions.
- Assess and prioritize requirements in alignment with business objectives and project aims.
- Model and document business processes, system workflows, data flows, and integration points utilizing BPMN, UML, ERD, or similar methodologies.
- Lead workshops and co-creation sessions with clients and internal teams to establish clear communication, foster alignment, and extract valuable insights.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to convert user and business needs into deliverables, including functional specifications, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Oversee project documentation, pipelines, and artifacts, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives throughout the delivery process.
