Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional communication and assistance to guests from the moment of reservation through check-in, their stay, and departure. All interactions must be conducted professionally.
- Ensure optimal guest satisfaction by delivering superior service throughout every stage of their visit.
- Collaborate closely with the Housekeeping and Engineering teams to guarantee that villas are maintained in pristine condition, especially prior to guest arrivals.
- Engage in daily discussions with the Housekeeping and Food & Beverage teams to address the requirements of current and incoming guests.
- Monitor the cleaning and upkeep of villas by Housekeeping and Engineering staff to minimize disturbances to guests.
- Promote in-house amenities and services to guests before suggesting external options.
- Manage all aspects of guest itineraries including flight confirmations, dinner reservations, and tour arrangements.
- Assist other departments with guest-related matters to ensure timely and professional response to guest needs.
- Work closely with the Food and Beverage team to ensure consistent service levels that cater to guest preferences during dining experiences.
- Stay informed of all activities within the resort to keep all information current.
- Participate in training initiatives for other departments as needed.
- Perform any additional tasks as directed by supervisors.

- Maintain high guest satisfaction scores consistently.
Responsible for developing and implementing standards in line with SOP and LQA protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections of the areas under your supervision.
- Ensure all Front Office equipment, including buggies and hotel vehicles, are clean and in good working order, and address any repair or maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with the Purchasing department to find sources for required items and ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage costs by reducing property damage and maintaining adequate inventory levels for supplies.
