Your Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct positive performance evaluations, offering constructive feedback and identifying growth opportunities.
- Organize engaging training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Serve as the primary contact for customer escalations, transforming challenges into satisfying solutions.
- Work alongside our exceptional management team to refine sales processes and continuously enhance our operations.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role within a sales-oriented call center.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a successful sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you can connect with anyone!
- Strong analytical skills to help us better understand our data.
- A positive attitude that thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite – a tech-savvy expert!
