About the job
Join Hadrian – Pioneering the Future of Manufacturing
At Hadrian, we are revolutionizing the manufacturing landscape with our innovative autonomous factories, empowering aerospace and defense industries to produce rockets, satellites, jets, and ships at unprecedented speeds—up to 10 times faster and at half the cost. By integrating cutting-edge software, advanced robotics, and comprehensive manufacturing solutions, we are transforming the production of America’s most vital components.
With a recent $260 million Series C funding round, we are poised to accelerate our mission. We are thrilled to announce the opening of our new 270,000 square foot facility in Mesa, Arizona, which will generate 350 immediate job opportunities. This state-of-the-art headquarters will support thousands of future roles, launch Hadrian Maritime for naval production, and introduce a Factory-as-a-Service model, providing complete systems rather than standalone parts.
Partnering with innovative startups, Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers, as well as major defense contractors across sectors like space, shipbuilding, and aviation, Hadrian is dedicated to scaling production, minimizing costs, and expediting delivery on mission-critical projects. Supported by esteemed investors such as Lux Capital, Founders Fund, and Andreessen Horowitz, our dynamic team is united by a common goal: to reindustrialize American manufacturing for the 21st century and beyond!
