Role Overview
We are seeking a talented Campaign Operations Manager to become a pivotal part of our dynamic Growth team in our rapidly expanding venture-backed organization. In this role, you will transform strategic initiatives into actionable operational requirements, ensuring that our campaigns are executed with precision, speed, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the complete lead management process, ensuring meticulous lead lifecycle tracking and seamless transition from marketing to sales.
Manage and enhance Marketo and associated marketing systems, focusing on data integrity, quality, and operational excellence.
Develop and maintain lead scoring models, collaborating closely with marketing analytics to refine models that yield high-quality, intent-driven leads for sales.
Collaborate with channel managers (paid media, events, email, website, etc.) on campaign execution through established processes and systems.
Manage the campaign operations ticketing intake system to prioritize projects effectively.
Implement best practices for database management and segmentation.
Ensure compliance with data governance and system alignment as we expand into new international markets.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or a related field.
Demonstrated expertise with Marketo for campaign execution, system management, and administration.
Strong proficiency in Salesforce.
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
Experience in a high-growth B2B technology environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Marketo certification.
Strong professional references available.
