Your Role
We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and seasoned Candidate Experience Manager to head our global coordination team. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and outstanding candidate experience throughout the interview process, while also scaling our coordination efforts to meet the demands of a high-volume recruitment environment.
This position is based in our San Francisco headquarters and is not currently open for fully remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor our expanding coordination team, offering guidance and development opportunities.
Manage the coordination of candidate interviews, including scheduling, communication, and logistics for both virtual and in-person meetings.
Create and execute scalable coordination processes to enhance efficiency and consistency across the team.
Drive improvements in candidate experience programs, ensuring each candidate has a positive and professional experience throughout their journey.
Oversee high-volume recruitment activities, ensuring timely and accurate scheduling of interviews and candidate interactions.
Develop, implement, and review job posting and interview plan processes for consistency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and support throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Continuously evaluate and enhance coordination practices, utilizing feedback and data to drive process improvements.
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of load balancing for coordination tasks.
Proven experience in managing teams and improving operational processes.
Exceptional communication skills and a passion for enhancing candidate experiences.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on quality and detail.
