Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with existing customers to advocate for our financial services.
- Deliver exceptional service while employing effective sales techniques to enhance awareness of Lightspeed Capital among merchants.
- Establish a trusted advisor relationship with customers, identifying opportunities for financial services within your portfolio.
- Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements to maximize growth within your book of business.
- Meet sales targets by providing expert advice and service, coordinating with the regional Account Management leader to capture opportunities.
- Utilize proven business development and relationship management strategies to achieve or surpass established sales objectives.
- Provide regular feedback, representing merchant insights to business leaders.
- Communicate the risk-based nature of Merchant Capital Advances effectively, with support from our Risk team.
Qualifications:
We are seeking candidates who possess:
- Proven sales experience, ideally in financial service products, with a consistent track record of high performance.
- Strong understanding of solution-based consultative sales, preferably within a SaaS environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A results-oriented mindset and a passion for assisting merchants in achieving their business goals.
