We are currently seeking a Capture Lead/Technical Program Manager with a strategic mindset for business capture within the U.S. Air Force across various locations. The ideal candidate will expand our business by addressing both current and emerging needs of our customers. A successful applicant will have established relationships with key stakeholders in the Air Force and possess the expertise to identify and pursue new business opportunities across Air Force programs such as AFMC, AFRL, C5ISR, NORTHCOM/NORAD, NASIC, AFSPC, the Pentagon, and AFIT.
- Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious new business growth targets, proactively identifying opportunities at major Air Force bases including Wright-Patterson AFB, OH, Robins AFB, GA, Shaw AFB, Joint Base San Antonio, TX, Peterson AFB, CO, Langley AFB, VA, and the Pentagon in DC. The ideal candidate will exhibit creativity and professionalism in executing the company’s growth strategy.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting client meetings and briefings with Air Force leadership and program management teams, with a focus on AI/ML, DevSecOps, Cyber Security, Cloud, and National Security-Defense and Intelligence.
- Proven ability to identify, qualify, and support the capture of new business within the Air Force, with a capacity to maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities for 3+ years.
- A track record of supporting the development and execution of plans for the U.S. Air Force.
- Ability to quickly build deep knowledge of Credence’s capabilities to effectively design and implement innovative growth strategies for client engagement and influence future capability development for mutually beneficial outcomes.
