Role Overview:
ACDC is in search of a Capture & Pipeline Manager to enhance our processes for identifying, evaluating, and pursuing opportunities in emergency management, disaster recovery, public health, and related public-private sectors. This mid-level strategic role emphasizes pre-RFP capture, pipeline quality, and informed decision-making support.
The Capture & Pipeline Manager will act as a vital link between Business Development, Operational Leadership, and Executive Leadership, helping ACDC to improve early opportunity planning, decision clarity, and alignment of pursuits.

Pre-RFP Capture Ownership
- Lead capture initiatives prior to proposal release
- Oversee capture planning for high-value, strategic, and recurring opportunities
- Conduct thorough research and assessments on:
