Care Navigator Role (Remote - Philippines)
As a Care Navigator, your primary mission will be to provide an exceptional experience for our clients as the welcoming face of our organization. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, assisting clients during the onboarding process, addressing their questions and concerns, and performing various tasks that support our clinicians in their efforts to assist clients.
Your responsibilities at ReKlame Health will include:
Working 40 hours per week on assigned tasks as outlined in the job description
Managing the office telephone system, including answering incoming calls and returning messages
Coordinating appointments for our clients and practitioners
Closely monitoring last-minute appointment rescheduling; ensuring clients are booked for their next session.
Managing clinician calendars
Entering client personal health information and other clinical data
Conducting high-risk screenings
Running prescription history reports through a prescription monitoring platform
Conducting eligibility checks for prescription refills
Locating pharmacies in case medication is out of stock
