Position: Care Planner in Elderly Care
Location: De Lichtenberg, Amersfoort
Hours: 28 – 36 hours per week
Contract: One-year contract with the possibility of a permanent position
Education: MBO-4 working and thinking level
Salary: FWG 40 (€2,881.14 – €3,733.75) according to the VVT collective labor agreement
Regular Day Off: Wednesday

As a Care Planner, you directly contribute to our mission of providing enjoyable work, living conditions, and communal life. You ensure that clients receive the right care while allowing colleagues to work with joy, balance, and room for personal leadership.
Key Responsibilities
You will function as an ad-hoc planner within the planning team, swiftly addressing disruptions and maintaining the daily schedule's accuracy. This allows your fellow planners to focus on capacity planning and the creation of long-term schedules.
Your key tasks include:
Addressing urgent schedule changes and ensuring shifts are adequately covered.
Continuously coordinating with teams, employees, fellow planners, and management.
Considering legal regulations along with the preferences, talents, and capacities of staff members.
Identifying bottlenecks and contributing to structural solutions.
Maintaining warm, clear, and equitable communication with staff, planners, managers, and the Flexpool.
