This is a hybrid position requiring in-office attendance for three days and remote work for two days each week.
Department & Position Overview:
In this role, you will work closely with clients, caregivers, and various departments to ensure a seamless customer service experience, facilitating that our clients receive the care they need. Your Daily Responsibilities Include:
- Handling high-volume inbound and outbound Service Center calls related to Human Resources inquiries (e.g., time-off, payroll, timekeeping, employee health) and processing patient and health plan care requests.
