Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated part-time Virtual Assistant to assist with caregiver recruitment, screening, and onboarding processes. This pivotal role is essential in building a robust pipeline of caregivers and ensuring that new hires are thoroughly onboarded and prepared to take their shifts, including being included in approved backup lists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Screening:
- Evaluate caregiver applications and resumes.
- Conduct preliminary screenings and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain accurate records of applicant statuses and recruiting activities.
- Onboarding Support:
- Assist with the onboarding process and documentation for caregivers.
- Monitor the completion of required forms, credentials, and system access.
- Help maintain an up-to-date approved backup caregiver list for each case.
- Track caregiver clock-ins/outs and manage backup fill-ins.
- Prior experience in recruitment or onboarding, preferably within the home care sector.
- Exceptional organizational and tracking abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adhere to structured workflows.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or HR management tools.
- Understanding of home care compliance standards.
