Position Overview
We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Case Manager to enhance our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, assisting attorneys in formulating settlements, and preparing necessary documentation and correspondence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong customer focus and empathetic approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with current and prospective clients through phone and in-person interactions.
- Request medical records from healthcare providers and maintain communication with clients and providers throughout treatment.
- Gather essential documents to support injury and liability claims.
- Coordinate with insurance companies and healthcare providers to obtain records and account balances.
- Collaborate with colleagues involved in case management and support.
- Ensure meticulous organization of case files.
- Draft comprehensive demands and compile supporting documents for attorney submission.
- Present case summaries to attorneys when required.
- Oversee case files from intake to resolution under attorney guidance.
