This is a hybrid position requiring a commute to our Pittsburgh office 2-3 days per week.
Position Summary: The Case Resolution Specialist I is focused on providing exceptional customer service, partnering with patients and health plans to resolve issues that may prevent patients from continuing their services. This role also supports former patients seeking to return by facilitating the restoration of their homecare services, combining intake and onboarding activities for both patients and caregivers to ensure a seamless transition back to our program.
