As a Casino Host, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing our current database of customers by delivering exceptional guest service that fosters relationships, enhances trip frequency, and boosts guest loyalty. Your primary focus will be to ensure customer retention and encourage repeat business through effective telemarketing, written correspondence, direct contact, and active participation in both onsite and offsite events.
- Be an approachable presence on the casino floor, generating new member sign-ups, increasing rated play, and addressing guests’ needs and special requests.
- Provide complimentary services that align with company guidelines.
- Actively respond to guests’ inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Recruit players through various direct sales efforts, including direct mail, telemarketing referrals, guest visitation, and participation in events.
- Establish a dedicated base of players and ensure they receive personalized attention and high-quality service in line with the company’s marketing strategies.
- Continuously cultivate personalized relationships with guests, with a focused effort on premium players.
- Engage in player development and marketing activities to foster one-on-one relationships and enhance guest loyalty.
- Represent the company in public relations and marketing initiatives, both on- and offsite, fueling new and repeat business while supporting the company’s objectives.
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
