Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Category Growth Manager to spearhead the strategy and revenue enhancement for our Massage and Maintenance categories. This role involves defining success metrics through comprehensive category playbooks, ensuring effective execution of shopping lists and deals, leading go-to-market initiatives for high-AOV and emerging services, and aligning cross-functional teams to optimize inventory, merchandising, campaigns, and performance.
This is a strategic yet hands-on position that requires adaptability between high-level category development and practical execution, along with a deep understanding of market dynamics to drive performance.
Key Objectives:
Lead and expand the Massage & Maintenance categories by establishing clear success criteria, maintaining high standards of deal quality, and fostering revenue growth through portfolio diversification, go-to-market excellence, and collaborative execution across functions.

- Establish minimum inventory benchmarks per metropolitan area, detailing required services, merchant counts, and quality metrics.
- Regularly analyze competitor strategies and adapt category frameworks on a quarterly basis.

- Work closely with various teams to ensure alignment and execution of category strategies.
