As a Category Management Analyst for our Dark Stores, you will ensure a top-notch user experience by strategically managing assortment, categorization, content, pricing, and promotional strategies.
Collaborating closely with the Category Manager, you will engage in comprehensive assortment tasks, from analyzing market trends to supplier prospecting and commercial negotiations.
YOUR JOURNEY
- Take ownership of assigned product categories, making a tangible impact on business performance by overseeing the end-to-end assortment in MFCs. Your key performance indicators will include Category Add-to-Cart rate, Average Order Value, and Gross Margin.
- Develop and implement assortment strategies, identifying areas for improvement in product listings and margins.
- Manage relationships with mid-sized vendors, including contract management, daily interactions, and securing marketing funds tailored to market demands.
- Curate an exceptional shopping experience by efficiently categorizing and organizing products based on customer preferences.
- Assist in defining product pricing strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends and innovations in e-commerce and retail, leveraging this knowledge for continuous improvement in category management.
