Your main responsibilities will include:
- Customer Insights: Utilize internal and external data to inform marketing initiatives aimed at driving customer growth within specific categories. Analyze traffic sources and customer journeys while collaborating with central teams to enhance category engagement.
- Demand Generation: Lead the execution of category strategies across multiple channels, such as events, homepage promotions, and onsite campaigns, to increase customer awareness and engagement.
- Customer Experience: Continuously enhance the shopping journey to establish Amazon as the preferred destination for grocery shopping. Work with local and global teams to optimize category discoverability and improve navigation.
In your day-to-day role, you will engage in cross-functional collaborations, mentor interns, devise innovative campaign strategies, and assess performance metrics to refine customer experiences.
