At Life Skills Autism Academy, a dedicated division of Centria Autism, we are committed to transforming the lives of children on the autism spectrum through high-quality, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy. Our center-based program is designed to ensure that young children receive the intensive support they need to unlock their fullest potential.
Our expert clinicians specialize in developing personalized, one-on-one therapeutic programs that facilitate skill acquisition by breaking down tasks into manageable steps. Through our ABA Therapy, children enhance their communication, daily living skills, and social behaviors essential for success at school, home, and within the community.
Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, in-center.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct client care in both one-on-one and group settings, utilizing intensive teaching strategies and natural environment training.
- Adhere to prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols as outlined in each client's individualized treatment plan created by a BCBA/BC.
- Gather, document, and analyze data on observable client behaviors.
- Support parent and caregiver training in alignment with the client’s individualized treatment and behavior reduction protocols.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of documentation per established procedures.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about client progress as guided by BCBA/BC.
- Implement safe and appropriate procedures while working with clients and report any critical incidents or safety concerns promptly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapeutic environment.
- Assist BCBA/BC in preparing client materials, behavior reduction assessments, and skills acquisition strategies.
