As a Chef de Partie at our stunning Rooftop restaurant, you will be responsible for the meticulous preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes in your designated section, ensuring top-notch quality, consistency, and timely service.
Organize the mise en place and service flow, guaranteeing an efficient and orderly operation.
Coordinate and delegate tasks to your assigned team, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to our high standards.
Take operational responsibility of the outlet in the absence of the Sous Chef, ensuring seamless service continuity and effective communication with the dining area.
Follow and execute the directives of the Executive Chef and Sous Chef, demonstrating proactivity and sound operational judgment on a daily basis.
Prepare dishes according to standardized recipes and presentation standards, minimizing waste and loss.
Encourage teamwork and maintain open communication within the kitchen and with other departments, particularly with the dining room.
Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in developing and enhancing dishes and menus (suggestions, trials, and adjustments).
Have a thorough understanding of the menu, daily specials, and promotions to anticipate production and service needs.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP), correct handling, storage, labeling, and rotation of products.
