Job Summary:
Astrome Technologies Private Limited is on the lookout for a dynamic and seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our expanding team. The CFO will be instrumental in steering the company's financial trajectory by offering strategic financial insights, optimizing fund allocation, and safeguarding the financial integrity and stability of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Formulate and execute comprehensive short-term and long-term financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts.
- Perform financial modeling and in-depth analysis to facilitate strategic decision-making.
- Track essential financial metrics such as cash flow, profitability, and return on investment.
- Prepare and deliver regular financial reports to both management and the Board of Directors.
- Fund Management & Optimization:
- Efficiently manage cash flow to ensure optimal fund utilization.
- Identify and implement strategies to enhance working capital efficiency.
- Oversee the company's treasury operations, including cash management, investments, and risk mitigation.
- Financial Operations:
- Supervise all facets of the company's financial operations, covering accounting, tax, and treasury functions.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in line with Indian GAAP.
- Establish and uphold robust internal controls and financial systems.
- Manage relationships with auditors and tax advisors.
- Compliance & Governance:
- Guarantee adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards in India.
- Provide guidance to management on legal and regulatory financial matters.
- Oversee corporate secretarial responsibilities, including maintaining statutory records and ensuring compliance with corporate governance best practices.
- Fundraising & Investor Relations:
- Build and nurture relationships with investors and lenders.
- Lead debt and equity fundraising initiatives as necessary, particularly for significant project implementations.
- Prepare investor presentations and other collateral for fundraising efforts.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Guide, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
- Cultivate a collaborative and results-driven environment within the finance department.
Requirements:
- A Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) is essential.
- At least 15 years of relevant experience in a CFO or senior finance role.
