About the Role
We are seeking a strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team during this crucial growth phase. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a vital role as a builder, responsible for shaping our financial strategy, enhancing operational discipline, and facilitating the scaling of our high-growth software business into international markets. This position is perfect for a CFO with substantial SaaS experience and a solid history in M&A, fundraising, and the key metrics essential for driving smart, sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy & Executive Leadership
- Develop and implement the global financial strategy to support our ambitious growth and profitability objectives.
- Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning across various entities and currencies.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, Board, and executive team on matters of performance, capital allocation, and risk management.
Mergers & Acquisitions
- Formulate and oversee the M&A strategy, including pipeline development, valuation, deal modeling, due diligence, and integration processes.
- Manage post-acquisition financial integration, ensuring that systems, controls, and reporting are effectively scaled.
Fundraising & Investor Relations
- Lead the capital strategy encompassing equity, debt, and strategic financing initiatives.
- Maintain relationships with investors, lenders, and the Board, providing clear, data-driven insights and recommendations.
Financial Operations & Scalable Infrastructure
- Oversee global accounting, audit, tax, treasury, and compliance functions.
- Enhance internal controls, revenue recognition, and cash management to support rapid growth.
- Implement scalable financial systems and infrastructure to facilitate international expansion.
Business Partnership & Operational Excellence
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to optimize unit economics and drive sustainable growth.
- Lead pricing strategies, monetization models, and critical SaaS metrics such as ARR, CAC, LTV, and retention.
- Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making and operational KPIs across the organization.
