We seek a dynamic Chief of Staff who will act as a catalyst for our mission.
This is more than an administrative position; it's an essential role within the C-suite, working directly with our Founders, Jeremy and Amit, to drive the company’s most pivotal initiatives.
THE REALITY
In this role, you will:
- Be a trusted partner to the Founders, collaborating closely to navigate strategic decisions, prepare for board meetings, and prioritize impactful initiatives.
- Focus on execution rather than theory. Your role emphasizes action—solving problems, removing obstacles, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently.
- Embrace a no-job-too-small mentality. One moment, you may be analyzing data for a Series A pitch; the next, you could be setting up office furniture. Your humility and commitment to the mission drive you.
- Work in an on-site capacity in San Francisco, gaining insights and knowledge through direct engagement.
THE MISSION
Your primary goal is to enhance the effectiveness of the Founders, bridging the gap between strategic vision and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead special projects that require immediate attention without defined ownership, such as launching new pricing tiers or auditing expenses.
- Support fundraising and investor relations by preparing presentations, organizing the data room, and overseeing the due diligence process for future funding rounds.
- Manage the OKR process to ensure team accountability and progress towards our objectives.
