About the Role
We are in search of an exceptional Chief of Staff to provide strategic support to our Founder, Chair, Chief Creative Officer, and President, Charlotte Tilbury. You will play a vital role in steering the brand's remarkable growth by helping prioritize her focus on critical strategic initiatives, ensuring that all meetings and materials are meticulously prepared, following up on action items, and facilitating connections throughout the organization.
We require a highly skilled operator with a proven track record of working alongside a Founder or C-suite executive in a fast-paced, global setting. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong strategic insight and commercial understanding, alongside the stamina, judgment, and discretion necessary to serve as a trusted extension of the Founder in navigating complex, cross-functional priorities. This role demands unwavering dedication to the Founder’s strategic objectives, complete confidentiality, outstanding judgment, and the ability to forge robust relationships across the senior leadership team on her behalf. The successful candidate will consistently go the extra mile, displaying resilience and enthusiasm, while always staying ahead of the curve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operational rhythm with the Founder, which includes concise daily briefings addressing:
- Key strategic priorities
- Time-sensitive decisions and approvals essential to facilitate progress
- Emerging risks and sensitivities
