About the Role

Responsibilities
Act as a strategic partner to C-level executives, spearheading key initiatives and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Lead cross-functional projects, collaborating with product, engineering, sales, and operations teams to achieve measurable outcomes.
Enhance internal processes, streamline workflows, and improve operational efficiency throughout the organization.
Organize and facilitate executive meetings, board presentations, and strategic planning sessions.
Serve as a bridge between leadership and teams, ensuring transparent communication and alignment on priorities.
Conduct analysis of market trends, competitive landscapes, and internal data to guide strategic choices.
Lead special projects such as fundraising, partnerships, or expansion initiatives, from conception to implementation.
Represent the CEO in internal and external meetings, cultivating relationships with stakeholders and partners.
Promote a high-performance culture, fostering team development and organizational growth.
