About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Chief of Staff to act as a pivotal support to the President and COO. This position serves as a strategic platform for high-performing operators, equipping them for future leadership roles within Handshake.
As Chief of Staff, you will be integral to decision-making, execution, and analytical insights within one of our most complex and influential marketplace sectors. You will play a crucial role in shaping strategy, enhancing operational efficiency, fostering cross-departmental collaboration, and ensuring the President/COO maximizes their impact in every engagement.
This is a unique opportunity to engage at the intersection of marketplaces, analytics, AI, and go-to-market strategies, working in close partnership with leaders across Product, Sales, Marketing, Educational Partnerships, Finance, and Handshake AI. Drive operational structure & cross-departmental alignment
