Our cutting-edge Synapse AI platform facilitates real-time stroke routing, clinical documentation, and workflow optimization, while emphasizing a clinician-driven approach to technology development.
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief of Staff to support the CEO and Founder directly. This pivotal role extends beyond administrative tasks; it serves as the operational backbone for the CEO, transforming strategic visions into actionable initiatives, driving cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring efficient execution during a phase of rapid growth. You will engage deeply with clinical operations, commercial strategies, and technology decisions, gaining firsthand insights into all major strategic choices made by the company.
You will work closely with a dedicated Executive Assistant who will manage scheduling, travel, and daily logistics. Your focus will be on achieving key outcomes.
This role demands an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, as the CEO is a founder and practicing vascular neurologist whose schedule is highly dynamic. You will gain valuable experience in scaling a healthcare enterprise, encompassing fundraising, product innovation, clinical service delivery, and policy advocacy. This opportunity is ideal for someone who finds high-intensity environments stimulating rather than draining.
