ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY & RESPONSIBILITIES
This position acts as a vital partner to the COO, ensuring effective execution, clear communication, and diligent operational follow-through in a rapidly growing organization.
The Chief of Staff & Executive Assistant role involves high-level coordination, exceptional communication skills, and hands-on execution to advance priorities, remove obstacles for teams, and translate the COO's strategies into tangible outcomes across operations, risk management, and scaling initiatives. This position welcomes candidates located in Ethiopia, Rwanda, Kenya, or South Sudan.
