Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Colombia's operational strategy to foster rapid growth, profitability, and market reach.
- Convert business goals into scalable, data-driven operational processes and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare operational readiness for new product launches, market entries, and compliance with regulations.
- Lead and cultivate high-performing operational teams across various functions, including Tele-sales, Ambassadors, Collections, and Ops Support.
- Build a robust leadership pipeline, fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Create organizational structures that balance agility with control and scalability.
- Oversee operations related to revenue generation, including tele-sales and field ambassador initiatives, ensuring high efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and other teams to enhance customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Ensure collections operations are effective, compliant, and aligned with customer experience objectives.
- Establish and monitor operational KPIs, performance dashboards, and reviews.
- Utilize data for informed decision-making, capacity forecasting, and proactive risk management.
