The Chief People Officer plays a pivotal role in shaping and nurturing the talent management systems necessary for Rainmaker to thrive as a high-performing research, engineering, and operations entity. This executive will oversee all human resource functions, including recruitment, performance management, compensation, benefits administration, and compliance.
In collaboration with the CEO and executive leadership team, the Chief People Officer will ensure that our hiring strategies, corporate culture, and organizational processes are in sync with Rainmaker's long-term objectives and operational needs.
