About the Role
We are at the forefront of redefining legal technology and are looking for a Chief Product Officer to spearhead an ambitious product and platform transformation. Our organization encompasses diverse product lines, intricate systems, and cutting-edge AI-driven initiatives. We are entering a critical phase of consolidation, re-platforming, and expansion into new markets.
This role necessitates a proven, impactful product leader who can articulate a compelling strategic vision, drive disciplined execution, and integrate a varied portfolio into a cohesive, scalable platform. You will collaborate closely with the CEO and partner with P&L owners to inject clarity, speed, and innovation into our comprehensive product ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Lead the product strategy, collaborating with the CEO and P&L owners to define and execute the product vision.
- Consolidate fragmented product lines into a unified, scalable platform that fosters growth.
- Drive the development of new products in adjacent legal-tech categories, focusing on multimillion-dollar product launches.
- Champion AI-first product innovation, developing features that significantly enhance client outcomes.
- Oversee user experience transformation across all core product lines to modernize, streamline, and differentiate.
- Establish standards for world-class execution, roadmap discipline, and results-driven product management.
- Advocate for market expansion across existing customer bases and new legal verticals.
- Work closely with engineering, security, compliance, and operations to ensure quality, reliability, and adherence to regulatory environments.
- Represent the product vision to internal stakeholders and external audiences, including customers, partners, industry leaders, and events.
