Key Responsibilities
- Deliver trauma-informed and compassionate care to young people
- Establish trusting relationships and facilitate positive daily routines
- Assist in education, life skills development, and promoting independence
- Prepare nutritious meals and advocate for healthy lifestyle choices
- Champion the voices of young people and ensure their opinions are respected
- Support attendance at medical appointments and community events
- Provide transportation for young individuals using your own vehicle when necessary
- Encourage self-confidence, resilience, and a hopeful outlook for their future

Compensation and Benefits
What We Offer:
- Attractive Pay:
£17.50 - £24.00 per hour (PAYE Rate including holiday pay) - £20.00 - £28.00 per hour (Umbrella Rate)
