LaBella Associates is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Civil Engineering initiatives within our Land Development Group at our Winston-Salem, NC office. This role involves managing a team of junior engineers to deliver high-quality Land Development projects.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee Land Development Civil Engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
Supervise the creation of Civil Engineering Site Plans, guiding projects from conceptual design through to construction documentation.
Prepare Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Engage with clients, attend meetings, mentor junior staff, and prepare professional service proposals and requests for proposals.
Coordinate with Architects and MEP engineers and represent the company at public presentations, manage project invoicing, and facilitate agency approvals.
