Your mission? To manage close relationships with clients by providing exceptional service while handling claims and frequent loss management. Expect a dynamic and diverse range of interactions in your role!
What does this entail?
- Gathering client needs, analyzing, and verifying acceptance conditions of requests (technical rules, completeness of files, implemented guarantees, responsibilities, etc.);
- Informing, advising, and supporting clients in managing their requests;
- Issuing mission orders to experts when necessary to identify the origins of claims;
- Engaging with opposing parties as needed to uphold the company's rights or negotiate favorable compromises, particularly in amicable settlements;
- Instructing and processing claims settlement files;
- Identifying commercial development opportunities and either addressing them or proposing meetings with a sales advisor to realize them.
Your activities will primarily involve both inbound and outbound telephone calls.
What makes this opportunity stand out?
- Full-time position with a maximum schedule of 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Schedules are shared several weeks in advance;
- Performance bonus of up to €3,400 gross annually;
