Job Summary
The Classrooms Program Administrative Coordinator is integral to the successful operation and administrative support of the Tim’s Classrooms program. This position is responsible for spearheading outreach efforts to new school partners, coordinating meetings, supporting internal systems, maintaining precise records, and delivering responsive assistance to the classrooms program team. Candidates must exhibit adaptability, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate a genuine passion for working within a mission-driven environment.
Work Location
This role is based out of our Home Office in St. George, Ontario, and offers a hybrid or remote work arrangement. This position is intended to provide short-term additional support within the department.
Employment Type
This is a short-term contract opportunity with an expected duration from April 2026 to July 2026. The annual salary for this position ranges from $45,000 to $50,000, subject to applicable deductions.
