We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Clean Partner Program Manager to join our team. This role serves as the primary liaison between Clean Earth and our valued customers, ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the principal point of contact for customers, fostering strong relationships through effective verbal and written communication.
- Oversee Account Health Activities to ensure operational excellence.
- Manage quoting processes aligned with pricing strategies, profile lifecycles, and contract management, collaborating with sales and material management for accurate supplier quotes.
- Coordinate internal scheduling and validate shipment details while ensuring compliance with contract terms.
- Provide concierge-level support to national broker partners, streamlining communication and service delivery.
- Prepare and present business review data to Customer Experience leadership, both in person and virtually.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Customer Experience Account Managers and Field Technicians to address service modifications or issues.
- Identify and troubleshoot credit and rebill trends, implementing improvements to achieve accurate invoicing.
- Assist Customer Experience Specialists in managing orders to meet service level agreements.
- Maintain consistent communication with customers to understand and fulfill their needs effectively.
- Develop and execute account plans tailored to customer objectives.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and efficiently.
- Track customer satisfaction and account performance, preparing detailed reports to drive improvements.
- Ensure compliance with waste disposal processes and service quality standards.
- Lead team huddles and training for new Customer Experience personnel.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the team, providing guidance and support as needed.
