Key Responsibilities
- Punctuality and adherence to uniform standards.
- Follow safety and sanitation standards to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Contribute to a seamless operational flow.
- Collaborate with team members to address needs promptly.
- Safely handle cleaning chemicals and ensure proper storage and disposal.
- Maintain cleanliness in kitchen areas, including floors, walls, drains, and equipment.
- Ensure front-of-house areas such as floors, windows, and trash are kept immaculate.
- Oversee the cleanliness of restroom facilities, including supplies and waste management.
- Keep the back dock and parking lot areas clean and organized.
- Maintain effective communication with team members and management.
- Report any potential issues immediately to management.
Qualifications & Skills
- A strong desire to deliver exceptional service throughout your shift.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with cleaning tools such as brooms and mops.
- Capability to handle high-stress situations effectively.
- Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of hire.
Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to perform various physical tasks, including:
- Standing for prolonged periods.
- Frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Effective communication with managers and team members to relay information accurately.
