As the Client Account Director for our Law Enforcement customers, your role is pivotal in advancing our mission to create a safer world. You will collaborate with law enforcement and civilian agencies to disrupt criminal activities, mitigate illicit actions, recover victims' funds, and investigate cases involving digital assets.
In this position, you will build trust and forge strong relationships with law enforcement stakeholders, customizing your sales strategies to align with their unique needs, while effectively promoting Chainalysis solutions in a relatable and persuasive manner. Your success will be measured by the achievement of your sales quotas, the accuracy of your sales forecasts, and the growth of your assigned accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of complex sales cycles, develop strategic account plans, and relish the excitement of closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate trust and nurture important relationships with law enforcement stakeholders, customizing our sales approach to their requirements.
Advocate for Chainalysis solutions in a persuasive yet accessible manner.
Assist in crafting impactful product positioning and messaging that reflects market trends, competitive influences, and region-specific sales strategies.
Collaborate closely with Customer Success, PreSales, and Marketing teams to guide discussions within your client base, enabling you to meet your objectives.
Exhibit exceptional sales forecasting skills, ensuring precise predictions that inform decision-making and enhance business growth.
Leverage data from sales metrics, marketing initiatives, and promotional efforts to consistently meet and surpass sales targets.
Desired Qualifications:
Proven experience in a B2B SaaS sales position.
Established sales track record and trusted relationships with Indian Central and/or State Law Enforcement Agencies and/or financial regulators.
In-depth understanding of the procurement processes within Indian Central and/or State Law Enforcement Agencies and/or financial regulators.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas in a clear and engaging manner.
Demonstrated success in both new business development and account management.
