Role Overview
The Client Account Specialist will oversee incoming customer interactions, drive sales conversions, and cultivate strong client relationships. This position demands handling a significant volume of calls, discerning customer needs, and delivering customized solutions while guaranteeing a positive customer experience and consistent sales outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Sales
Handle incoming customer calls, providing a professional and friendly experience
Assess customer needs and recommend suitable protection plan solutions
Actively listen to customer concerns and resolve issues effectively
Maintain an average call volume of 80–100 calls per day
Achieve a minimum conversion rate of 4% of calls into sales
Employ persuasive communication to finalize sales and meet monthly targets
Account Management & Documentation
Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM
Update and track customer account information and sales activities
Follow up on sales and inquiries, ensuring prompt responses
Ensure all documentation is thorough and current
Sales Performance & Conversion
Monitor personal sales performance and strive to exceed targets
Build rapport quickly with customers to enhance sales opportunities
